For the past five years, I’ve had the privilege of guiding hundreds of people through fasts. This live, small-group online retreat brings that experience directly to you, with warmth, clarity, and personal guidance throughout every stage of your fast.

From November 6-10, you will move through a fully guided four-day fast from the comfort of your own home.
The retreat is structured to allow for necessary preparation and support throughout but flexible enough to work around your energy, job, family, and daily obligations.

PRE-FAST 2-5 NOVEMBER
Prepare
No changes to your daily life. You will follow a gradual elimination diet for the days prior to the fast. You will receive all the details and we will have a group meeting so you can begin with confidence.
While the fast itself lasts four days, your preparation beforehand and careful reintegration afterwards are included in the program. Everything has been carefully prepared for each step and the entire journey is adaptable and flexible to accommodate your needs.
6-10 NOVEMBER
FAST
This is the heart of the journey. 4 fasting days with optional daily online Zoom conferences and discussions, practical routines, Q&A time and more.
POST-FAST 10-13 NOVEMBER
FLOURISH
This is where the MAGIC happens: breaking the fast carefully and replenishing your body with a clear refeeding plan and continued support to bring out the best results of the restorative fast.

After participating in several fasting retreats, I felt inspired to delve deeper into the world of fasting. I went on to earn my certification with the FFJR (Francophone Fasting Federation) and eventually opened La Primevère, my own fasting retreat center in Brussels. Over the past five years, I have had the privilege of guiding more than 500 people through their fasting journeys there.
I created this online journey so that the experience could be available to more people, wherever they may be. I bring my experience into every online session, with a thoughtful structure that protects the quality of the experience and leaves room for personal attention. I will meet you with clarity, warmth, and grounded support at every stage.
